Woburn Golf Course and Mountain Bike courses are a few minutes from our Bed and Breakfast and tourist attractions such as Woburn Abbey, Woburn Safari Park and Bletchely Park are within just a short driving distance. In our gardens there is ample seating for the use of guests to sit and relax.. Woburn Sands is a small town and civil parish that is mainly located in the Borough of Milton Keynes, England, and to the south-east of Milton Keynes itself, near Wavendon. The centre of Milton Keynes provides a relaxed shopping environment for our customers and offers a complete day out - with shopping, leisure, entertainment and family facilities all under one roof. Our rooms are well proportioned and are en-suite, with the exception of one twin room which has a private bathroom. Our rooms have digital TV, radio and tea and coffee making facilities.

M1 Junction 13 - Road: Northbound at the top of the slip road turn left, and follow signs to Husband Crawley and Aspley Guise. You will pass Guise Motors on the left. As you approach Aspley Guise Village, the Best Western Moore Hotel will be on your left. Continue through the village passing Aspley Guise and Woburn Sands Golf Club on your right. There will be a slight hill taking you down to a double mini roundabout at the top of Woburn Sands High Street. Turn right at the first mini roundabout, then first left.A5 - Road: On the Dual Carriageway there is a large roundabout which has 5 exits. Coming South take the first exit, or coming North take the fourth exit. This will be signposted Woburn Sands and Bow Brickhill. Continue along this country road for about one mile until you come to a mini roundabout. Turn right (second exit) for Woburn Sands. Drive through Bow Brickhill village, passing the Pub on the left and the school on the right. On leaving the village the road will bear to the left and then right.Station - Road: From London you can either go from London Euston, change at Bletchley to the Local line and get the train to Woburn Sands, or you can go from London St Pancras and change at Bedford for Woburn Sands. From Woburn Sands station it is approximately a 20 minute walk to Woodleys Farmhouse Bed and Breakfast. Head towards Woburn Sands High Street. Pass the fish and chip shop on your left and then take the next right onto Theydon Avenue. At the end of the road turn left, then right at the bend.
